"Ningtsu's sichuan oil is a Swedish product from MK Food. The oil originates from Chinese Ningtsu, who married a Swedish man and moved to Sweden in the late 1940's. Home made Sichuan oil (oil, chilli and sichuan pepper) was always present on the Swedish-Chinese family's table. After a year of experimenting, son and grandson has begun to produce and market the oil. It is just enough spicy and has an obvious touch of sichuan pepper. Suits to pasta bolognese, pizza, noodles and in marinades. The fine sichuan taste, that lightly tingles on your tongue, is somewhat addictive! "
